House of Migo Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

At House of Migo, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer exchanges on our products, except where specific terms apply. Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds, except as explicitly detailed in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges


2.1. Returns and exchanges will be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.

2.2. For all other exchanges, you may exchange any item purchased from House of Migo within seven (7) days of the delivery date if you comply with the conditions set out below:

 Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way.
 Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
 Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an identical item is not available, we may offer a similar item of equal value or issue a store credit.


3. Reporting and Processing Returns


3.1. To report a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within seven (7) days of delivery with the following:

 A detailed description of the defect or the incorrect item received.
 Photographic evidence of the defect or the incorrect item received.
 Your order number and contact information.

3.2. House of Migo reserves the right to inspect the item to determine whether it qualifies for a return or exchange under this Policy.

3.3. If the item is approved for return or exchange, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item.


4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to House of Migo, except for defective or incorrect products.

4.2. House of Migo will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to the customer in cases of approved defective or incorrect product exchanges.


5. Refunds

5.1. House of Migo does not offer cash refunds for any returned items.

5.2. Upon approval of a return, customers will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item. Store credit will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.


6. Hygiene Policy

6.1. Due to hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.

7. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

7.1. All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.


8. Non-Returnable Items

8.1. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are non-returnable.

8.2. Items not in their original packaging or missing tags are non-returnable.


9. Modifications to the Returns and Exchanges Policy


9.1. House of Migo reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Your continued use of our website and services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.
