with its mobile application thereof, together the “Platform”) is operated
by HOUSE OF MIGO PVT LTD, a company incorporated under the
Companies Act 2013, having its registered address at 401, 4TH FLOOR, S.V.ROAD,
UNIQUE TOWER GOREGAON (W) Goregaon RS Goregaon West, Mumbai , Maharashtra
India.
2. Description of Service:- The HOUSE OF MIGO is engaged in selling,
marketing and retailing fashion jewellery. The HOUSE OF MIGO
doesn’t manufacture any product. The HOUSE OF MIGO has created a
platform to provide information about the it’s company, Vendors
products for your personal use. Whilst considerable effort has been
made to ensure that the visual representation of HOUSE OF MIGO
products displayed on the platforms are representative of the color,
design and style etc., of the original products, slight variations,
distortions and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the
original. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your
browser or computer settings. Accordingly The HOUSE OF MIGO
cannot be held liable for the apparent differences in the product images
represented on the Platforms and original products. You may download

online platform, that seeks to provide an agile digital system which deploys

• You may deactivate your account at any time following which we shall not
access your personal information. However, we shall not be liable for any
consequences of usage of your information when put to use by us in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Registration Obligations.1. To become a member of HOUSE OF MIGO PVT LTD, you must
submit a complete HOUSE OF MIGO PVT LTD registration form on
behalf of the entity subscribing to HOUSE OF MIGO PVT LTD
services (“Member”). By submitting a registration form, you
represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older.
2. Member represents that the information on the form regarding the
Member is true and agrees to inform us, via e-mail, of any changes

notify Member in a timely manner regarding the acceptance or

right to access and receive Marketplace services.

credits in a manner inconsistent with the rules of the HOUSE OF
MIGO PVT LTD or intent of this Terms of Use, attempting to earn
rebates/credits through other than legitimate channels,
participating in redemption fraud, or tampering with HOUSE OF
MIGO PVT LTD links, etc or,
8. use any device or technology to provide repeated automated

• Posting Feedback/Rating.
The HOUSE OF MIGO PVT LTD permit Members to submit
feedback regarding the services or products you have purchased
through the site. Because the feedback forms are an important
part of the services and will be relied upon by other Members,
you agree to base your feedback only on your direct experience,
to be accurate in your feedback and not include any information
that may be offensive or illegal. You also agree not to manipulate

copyright law and prohibitions on libel, slander and invasion of
privacy, then HOUSE OF MIGO PVT LTD will investigate the
charge and determine at its discretion, whether removal of the
feedback is warranted, and may remove that feedback.
